Yes, this game is ideal for families! It's designed to be fun, engaging, and suitable for a wide range of ages!

Unfortunately, due to the layout and spacing within the room, Prank Heist is not fully suitable for wheelchair users.

That said, we have had wheelchair users play and enjoy the game in the past. We always recommend giving us a call on 01924 682281 to discuss your specific needs and see how we can best accommodate you.

All of our games are played indoors, but please dress appropriately for the season and weather outside. While we do have heaters in winter and fans in summer, the temperature inside can still vary slightly as the building at Thornes Lane Wharf was originally part of a factory so it can be tricky to regulate at times.

🧊 In colder months: We recommend wearing warm, layered clothing. The rooms won't be freezing, but they may feel a little chilly at first.

☀️ In warmer weather: Feel free to wear cooler clothing like t-shirts and shorts, especially during the summer when the building can retain heat.

👟 Comfort is key: Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear. High heels are not recommended, trainers or flat shoes are ideal for moving around and enjoying the experience.

Basically… just dress sensibly and comfortably, and you’ll be good to go!

We have heaters in the winter and fans in the summer to help keep the games as comfortable as possible. However, as the building was originally part of a factory, the temperature can vary slightly depending on the weather outside. Please note that we don’t have full air conditioning, so on hotter days, the rooms may still feel a bit warm — another reason to dress appropriately for the season.

Unfortunately not, we require at least one person aged 25+ for every 4 individuals ages 0-17 in the room. This is to make sure we adhere to our Health & Safety procedures.
