STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Only one discount can be used per booking. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined, unless specified.

Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added later, including on arrival or at short notice.

Discounted games are not eligible for Protect Your Booking. If a discount is applied, please do not purchase Protect Your Booking, as it will be invalid and non-refundable.

Discounts are not valid for The Great Loudini – Live Edition.

Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded in order to apply a discount once a booking has been made.

Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend any discounts at any time without prior notice.

If the terms and conditions of a discount are not met, our staff reserve the right to challenge and remove the discount. If it is found that you do not meet the eligibility criteria, the discount will be removed and the outstanding balance must be paid. Failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled without refund.

BLUE LIGHT CARD DISCOUNT
Blue Light Card holders can enjoy 5% off our escape rooms when booking a game on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

The discount is not valid on newly opened games until they have been open for at least 6 months.

Bookings are only confirmed once a member of our team has replied, payment links have been issued, and payment has been completed.

If your requested slot has already been booked by the time we see your email, we will not be able to secure it. However, we’ll always do our best to offer alternative times or adjust your requested schedule where possible.

Please do not book games online and then request a refund to apply a discount, as we are unable to do this. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added retrospectively.

KIDS PRICING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Children’s pricing is available for players aged 12 and under.

A minimum of two adults must be booked for children’s pricing to apply.

No discount code is required, the children’s pricing option will automatically appear once two adults are selected during booking.

Children’s pricing is the only offer that may be used alongside one additional discount, excluding corporate pricing. Corporate bookings must be made entirely at adult corporate rates, or booked using the children’s pricing offer as a standard booking. If booked using children’s pricing, the booking will be treated as a standard booking and any corporate inclusions or freebies will not apply.

HOW TO REDEEM?

SINGLE ADULT WITH CHILDREN
If one adult is attending with two children aged 12 and under, the booking should be made as 2 adults and 1 child. One child is charged at the adult rate, and the remaining child qualifies for children’s pricing.

BABIES & TODDLERS
In some of our games, babies and toddlers are welcome; however, not all games are suitable, and some may be unsafe due to the nature of the room. Please check the individual game page before booking to confirm whether babies are permitted. Babies and toddlers are only permitted when a minimum of two adults (aged 25+) are booked and present to supervise at all times, this rule is strict and no exceptions apply. Only one baby or toddler (aged 5 or under) is allowed per group and they go free. Babies must be in a sling, baby carrier, portable seat, or bouncer during the game (Escapable does not provide these). We do not recommend bringing crawling or walking toddlers, as some games contain small items that could pose a choking hazard. Pushchairs are not suitable due to narrow layouts and, while you’re welcome to leave one in the foyer at your own risk, we do not have dedicated pushchair storage. Please do not add babies or toddlers to the booking, as they will be charged and we are unable to refund this. Instead, book only the paying players and use the “This section is for helpful information you think would be useful for our team...” section during checkout to tell us that a baby or toddler will be attending. If you forget to include this at the time of booking, please don’t panic it’s absolutely fine. Letting us know in advance simply helps our team prepare. Children remain your responsibility at all times.
