All bookings are non‑refundable once made, regardless of notice period or reason for cancellation. This includes (but is not limited to): illness, injury, travel disruption, weather conditions, change of plans, or player drop‑outs.
Rescheduling depends on when you contact us and whether Protect Your Booking was purchased at the time of booking.
All rescheduling requests must be made by email only to 📧 info@escapable.co.uk. We are unable to process rescheduling requests by phone.

Standard bookings (without Protect Your Booking)
Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time.
Requests made more than 72 hours before the game may be rescheduled subject to availability and a rescheduling charge of up to 50% of the original booking value.
This charge reflects the loss of the original booking slot and associated staffing and operational costs.
Bookings with Protect Your Booking
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Protect Your Booking allows one reschedule per booking only.
Protect Your Booking does not provide refunds or cancellations.
Rescheduling applies to date and time changes only. It does not apply to cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, or reducing player numbers.
No. Poor weather, travel disruption, or public transport issues do not automatically allow cancellation or rescheduling.
If our team are able to safely access the venue, games are expected to go ahead as planned.
If exceptional circumstances mean that we are unable to open or safely run games, we will contact affected bookings directly via email. In these cases, we may offer a reschedule, subject to availability.
Weather affecting your personal travel plans does not qualify for a refund. (See Arrival, Late Policy & No-Shows for full details.)
If player numbers drop, the booking still goes ahead at the original price. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds are issued.
