Bookings can be made online through our website, or by contacting us on 01924 682281 or info@escapable.co.uk. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

No. Bookings are non‑transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another party without our prior approval.

You may usually add players (up to the room maximum) and pay the difference, subject to availability. All requests to add players or amend team size must be made by email only to 📧 info@escapable.co.uk. We are unable to process team size changes by phone. Reducing player numbers does not qualify for a refund, partial refund, or credit.

Your game will still go ahead at the original booking price. No refunds or credits are issued for unused spaces.

No. Please arrive on time for your booked start time. Arriving early does not guarantee earlier entry. E.g. if your game is booked for 10am, please arrive for 10am.
