Our experiences are primarily designed for adults and children aged 10+, unless a specific game states otherwise.

Child pricing applies to players aged 12 and under only. Any player aged 13 or over is charged at the adult rate. ⚠️ Important: Being charged at the adult rate does not mean a player is treated as an adult for supervision or responsibility purposes.

Yes. All players under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 25 or over. Players under 18: May not supervise other under-18s May not act as the responsible adult for a booking May be subject to additional restrictions depending on the experience Children remain the responsibility of the supervising adults at all times.

A minimum supervision ratio of 1 adult aged 25+ per 4 under-18s is required at all times. This requirement applies regardless of pricing or how players are charged.

Yes, they can play. If one adult is attending with two children aged 12 or under, the booking must be made as 2 adults and 1 child. This means: One child is charged at the adult rate The remaining child qualifies for children’s pricing This is because children’s pricing is only available when a minimum of two adult tickets are booked. When only one adult is attending, one child must be booked at the adult rate in order for children’s pricing to apply. ⚠️ Being charged at the adult rate does not allow that child to supervise others or count as the responsible adult. This is a pricing and supervision requirement and applies regardless of which game is being played.

In some games, babies and toddlers are welcome. However, not all games are suitable, and some may be unsafe due to the nature of the room. You must check the individual game page before booking to confirm whether babies or toddlers are permitted for that experience. Baby & toddler rules (important – no exceptions) Babies and toddlers are only permitted when a minimum of two adults aged 25+ are booked and present at all times Only one baby or toddler (aged 5 or under) is permitted per group Babies and toddlers attend free of charge Babies must remain in a sling, baby carrier, portable seat, or bouncer throughout the game (Escapable does not provide these) Pushchairs are not permitted inside game rooms due to narrow layouts You may leave a pushchair in the foyer at your own risk — we do not provide dedicated pushchair storage Crawling or walking toddlers are not recommended, as some games contain small items that may pose a choking hazard How do I book if a baby or toddler is attending? Do not add babies or toddlers to the booking, as they will be charged and we are unable to refund this. Instead: Book only the paying players Use the checkout field “This section is for helpful information you think would be useful for our team…” to tell us that a baby or toddler will be attending If you forget to tell us at the time of booking, that’s absolutely fine, just email us in advance. Letting us know helps our team prepare.

For safety reasons: Entry may be refused if a game is unsuitable for a child, baby, or toddler Entry may be refused if supervision requirements are not met No refund or reschedule will be issued in these circumstances If an adult chooses not to participate in order to supervise a child, no refund will be issued for the non-playing adult.
