Please arrive on time for your scheduled booking. e.g. booked to play for 10am, please arrive for 10am, no earlier or later.
First of all contact us via phone to make us aware your running late (01924 682281) but please be aware:
Up to 10 minutes late: your game time may be reduced.
More than 10 minutes late without prior notice: your booking may be treated as a no-show, with no refund or reschedule.
No-shows are treated as cancellations and are not refundable or transferable.
These policies apply regardless of the reason for lateness.
In rare circumstances, we may need to adjust a gameโs start time by up to 15 minutes either side of the originally booked time due to operational requirements (such as staffing, safety, or venue-related reasons).
If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible via email to let you know.
Please note:
Any time change will be no more than 15 minutes earlier or later
A change to your start time does not automatically qualify for a refund
Where appropriate, we may offer a reschedule, subject to availability
This forms part of the Terms & Conditions accepted at the time of booking
If you are unable to attend the revised start time, our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply.
As a general rule, if our team are able to safely access the venue, games are expected to go ahead as planned, regardless of poor weather, travel disruption, or public transport issues.
We do not automatically cancel or reschedule bookings due to poor weather, travel disruption, or public transport issues.
If exceptional circumstances mean that we are unable to open the venue or safely run games, we will contact affected bookings directly via email. In these cases, we may offer a reschedule to a later date, subject to availability.
Please note:
Weather conditions affecting your personal travel plans do not qualify for a refund.
Late arrivals or no-shows due to weather are treated in line with our late arrival and no-show policy.
Protect Your Booking remains the only way to reschedule close to your booking time.
We recommend allowing extra travel time during adverse weather conditions.
