Protect Your Booking is an optional add-on (costing £4.99) that allows you to reschedule your game once, free of charge, up to 12 hours before your scheduled start time, providing extra flexibility if plans change.

To use Protect Your Booking, you must email us at least 12 hours prior to your game start time at: 📧 info@escapable.co.uk Rescheduling is subject to availability.

You must email us at least 12 hours before your game start time if you wish to reschedule (📧 info@escapable.co.uk). Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you contact us within 6 hours of your game start time, Protect Your Booking will no longer be accepted, and standard rescheduling charges and policies will apply. Protect Your Booking is valid for one (1) reschedule only. Each Protect Your Booking add-on is valid for one game only. If you have more than one game booked, you must have separate Protect Your Booking add-ons for each game. Protect Your Booking is only valid for use on the exact game it was purchased with. Only valid on full-priced games. Not valid when booking with a gift voucher or using any discounts/promotional codes. Not valid for The Great Loudini – Live. Protect Your Booking add-ons are non-refundable.
